About 200g of roast chicken as I was breaking two of them (roasted in the last day or so) down to freeze. I really wanted to eat more (a 60-hour fast planned) but just didn’t feel like it.

Lack of sleep is doing my head in. Massive headaches (even worse than “old-days” usual) is NOT helping things.
