As I understand it, on the 5:2 fast you can eat up to 800 “calories” (stupid term, but it’s what we use) on the “2” days. Often, that’s hard because it doesn’t feel like you’re eating much at all.
Well, chaffles to the rescue.


It’s a decent amount of food, and yet it isn’t all that energy-dense, so it’s easy to have a solid meal and yet stay under your allowed amounts on 5:2 or modified ADF.
