OTOH, I eat keto, so THERE ARE NO LIMITS NOW

However, there seems to be something to it. Better general and dental health just by breathing through your nose.

Some reasons it’s a good thing

  • Increased nitric oxide levels
  • Reduced risk of teeth grinding
  • Reduced risk of dry mouth
