The ABC (and plenty of other news outlets) really should know better - this was NOT a "marathon." Yes, it was marathon distance, but it was not a race, and he had VAST human and mechanical help on circular track, FAR out of the ordinary in terms of an actual marathon. Amazing achievement? Sure. I can't run that fast ever, let alone for two hours. But a sub-two-hour marathon? No, it wasn't that. More impressed with everyone who took part in Run Melbourne today, TBH.

It has been the cigarettes, bread, fries, soft drink, alcohol, dessert, potato etc that were eaten WITH the red meat, that were the problem, in previous poorly done studies.
