So, the first week of being an Adderall user is over.
Total changes noticed? Zero.
The ketogenic diet has improved this somewhat, but a week of 5mg Adderall at breakfast and again lunch has added nothing.
This is, of course, an EXTREMElY low dose (the lowest there is, as I understand it).
So now my dose has doubled to 10mg brekfast and again at lunch. Can’t say I’ve sen any difference yet.
Back to see the psychiatrist in two weeks and he’ll evaluate things then.
