Walking to post stuff for Cha, etc..
Got it over 3K cal again. Three of last four after three that didn’t get there.
One thing I’ve noticed since quitting the gym is that I’m much more likely to get out and walk more rather than “waiting to go to the gym,” so my overall calorie burn is higher.
Weights at home starting next week, along with pilates-style stuff like planks, so that should help too.
Hoping to get the replacement bike soonish as well.
